Is the old 2535.80 (Bond GMT), pointed out by JarrodS, the only coaxial watch with the see-through case back offering withing the regular Seamaster Professional line (Excluding AT & PO lines and the 50th anniversary Bond 007 watch)?
Omega does have watches with see-through caseback. Rolex also has it, for example the Cosmograph Daytona 24 Hours of Le Mans centenary. You don't see them often because they are expensive watches, not for everyone.
