Solution: use Macrium Reflect bootable disc, go to restore > fix Windows Boot .Using Macrium rescue media and trying "Fix Windows boot problems" didn't help .
Removed my auxiliary drive before cloning, removed my c: drive after clone completion and then booted with just the SSD installed. It now gives me a windows error code . Clean SSD and redo cloning. Use Macrium Reflect instead. Should be much faster, when not using USB. Note - this is important. After cloning is done - for first boot from cloned . I cloned my HDD to my SSD using Macrium. Now when I power on my PC it automatically tries to load from the SSD but every time I get error code 0xc000025. That error .
I cloned my 250gb ssd to a 2tb ssd (Macrium Reflect), changed the boot order, windows booted perfectly and file explorer indicated that with the windows symbol at the 2tb ssd (and also automatically changed it to C: ).

I’ve been trying to successfully clone my 240 GB in my desktop computer to a new 4 TB SSD without success. It all looks good but will not boot. I made the recovery drive with a USB thumb drive and ran the boot problem fixer, but it couldn’t see a boot partition to fix. Window 10 would start booting from the thumb drive.

Hi everyone + @JP 😀 I'm having a problem to clone a drive from laptop - LG GRAM 14" 2021 This laptop has a special LG oem partition which has it's own mini boot OS for restoring the custom windows .wim image to restore windows.So, on the second attempt, after some RTFM and CHKDSKing the ***** up UEFI, I managed to restore my Dell XPS 1TB PM951 SSD to a shiny new 2TB 960 Pro. All seems OK, but as The Old Guy I'm worrying that a change in the partition structure could render the WinRETools and or the Windows Image partition useless in the case of failure.
