Both watches are in pretty much the same condition.The later Explorer 16570s are equipped with the caliber 3186 which is a GMT movement. Explorer 16570 case. With a diameter of 40mm, and with its relatively slim case size, the watch sits nicely on the wrist. I believe the 3186 requires less turns of the crown to jump the hour hand. The 3186 had an update around 2015 to make the jumping hour hand mechanism more robust as some early 3186s may have had free wheeling hour hands. The update is also applied at service. Both are great movements.
Any 16570 from 2009 (V serials) or newer will 100% have the cal 3186. If someone is advertising differently, they've most likely swapped out the correct movement. Good luck!
