It feels more like a cream or a sand coloured dial than silver - a perfect reminder of Egypt. Surprisingly comfortable and hardly feels 44', more like 41'. My first thread on this forum for a long time. When I looked through the Breitling website the other day, I was delighted to see the New Colt Quartz. So glad to see the traditional case style back.
This here is my blue Breitling Colt 44mm with Breitling's popular super quartz movement which is incredibly reliable. This has been my daily watch for probably 3 years now, and I love it with all of my heart. For your enjoyment is my new Breitling Chronometer Colt 44. This is the newest version of the Colt and absolutely beautiful imho. Running on a 2824 highly modified to COSC. A quick note for you regarding the ETA quartz (or Superquartz after 2003) movement in the Colt. Whether COSC certified (2000 and later) or not, the watch is incredibly accurate and well better than COSC quartz standards (.07 sec/day, 25.5 sec/yr).
